Welcome
I am a currently a Postdoc at UCSD in the McCammon research group.
I completed my graduate studies in the Interdepartmental program in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics at Yale University. My undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Mathematics was from New York University. As and undergrad I spent two summers working in B division for Los Alamos National Lab working with Tracy Ruscetti and Judith Cohn and then Tom Terwilliger.
My research interests include computational problems and applications in chemistry and biology.
