Kinesin Structural Alignment Data
- View the structure based sequence
alignment of available kinesin PDB structures as
either colored html or plain text FASTA format.
- Download a tar.gz file of core superposed (i.e. structurally aligned) coordinates for all available structures.
Kinesin Sequence Alignment Data
- View aligned kinesin sequences as
either colored html or FASTA format.
- Download Hidden Markov Models (HMMs) used to identify and align kineisin sequences. Initial HMM and KimEndow HMM both in hammer 2.2 format.
Miscellaneous
- Download a Bio3D compatible binary .RData file containing kinesin
data (including all aligned structure data, pca
results etc.).
