- This site is still (or was it always?) under construction.
- If you are interested in using ISIM you will have to download it.

- Installation instructions can be found here. Note that ISIM relies on two
other software packages: Mike Holst's MALOC (portability) and Nathan Baker's APBS
(electrostatics).
- To get started with ISIM you should also look here. A rather extended discussion
about input file specifications and program output is embraced there by minor
paragraphs about general concept, weaknesses and visualization.

- If you think about adding your own modules to the software check out
the programmer's guide.
