To compile iAPBS interface two packages are required:
APBS
(version 1.0.0 or later).
iAPBS
BLAS library. If your application already includes
a BLAS library (like Amber, for example) it can be used for
linking. If you don't have a BLAS library on your system the
APBS BLAS library (libapbsblas.a) can be used for linking iAPBS.
